Audience participation time...

I am working on a new assignment for my class this semester and would like to elicit help from you all.  I have decided that it would be a good activity to review some blogs and analyze them for appropriate/inappropriate self-disclosure.  (I have to miss class one day and thought this might be a good out-of-class assignment).

What I would love is to gather some suggestions of a variety of different blog styles from people who may know of some interesting blogs.  Many of the ones I follow on a regular basis have a Christian component and/or family based, and I don't want to only provide suggestions for blogs that talk about one particular faith or one issue.  I would ultimately like to provide a suggestion list of blogs that cover a multitude of topics yet that still include some aspect of self-disclosure.

If you have favorite blogs that you think would have interesting topics, please leave me a note letting me know the address.  I'm curious to see what my students feel is appropriate or inappropriate for online sharing.  : )

Thank you in advance for your participation.  (Does that inspire you to help me?  I hope so.)

Lol, wellllllllllll, mine is still fairly new and I have a tendency to "expand" on my feelings. But I do try to curtail the language and just what I say (you should hear what I DON'T put in it!)

Eck, I about forgot about this one......... http://romancebandits.com/jodi-thomas/#comment-82914 This blog is constantly changing because it is about romance books and the authors, they use a lot of "guest" bloggers so there is a great deal of variety.

So, here's a list of my favorites, and the first is mine. The opinions on mine may be split based upon people's opinion just of the content and my character.

One of the quirks about what I read is that the non-tech blogs frequently *require* self-disclosure, specifically because they are about our struggles and cannot be told from any perspective that permits non-disclosure.

I don't know this lady, but I just happened to run across her blog through a friends facebook page. I've enjoyed reading her blog.
